Get the most from every workout with Pulse and LifeFitness equipment, a wide selection of cardio and strength machines, and a supportive gym environment. You'll find inclusive kit, indoor rowers, TRX suspension training, and everything from free weights to functional fitness tools.

Whether you’re new to exercise or building serious gains, Tipton Leisure Centre has the equipment and support to help you feel fantastic.

The facilities include a recently refurbished modern 64 station fitness suite, fitness studio, 25 metre swimming pool and a 12.5 metre teaching pool. We are delighted to offer these accessible facilities to our local community with pool based activities such as a swim school from new born to adults, aqua based fitness and dance sessions (14yr plus), under 18 free swimming during the academic holiday, general swimming activities and the renowned Costa Del Tipton fun sessions. Alongside our fitness programme, including a range of high and low impact group sessions to ensure we offer a comprehensive catalogue inclusive for all.

From powerful classes like BODYPUMP, Kettlebell and HIIT to energising dance workouts including Bhangra, Zumba and Glowfit, there's something to get everyone moving. With added options like swimming, Pilates, yoga and sessions for little ones, staying active has never been more fun or flexible.

Customer Information

To maintain customer experience and support our customers, all children aged 16 and under will need to be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+) to attend any public swimming session operating from 4pm Monday to Friday, and all public sessions on Saturdays & Sundays.

Our recently refurbished fitness suite kitted out with high quality, high spec Life fitness CV and resistance machines accompanied by a wide range of free weights, cables and weight lifting racks we have something for all abilities and fitness levels.

With fully qualified and experienced gym staff, we guarantee a personalised fitness journey from start to finish, whether it’s your first day and you’re being inducted to use the equipment safely and effectively or fine tuning, adding the finishing touches to your fitness plan, we’re here for and look forward to hearing from you!
