purpose-built studio will help you strengthen, stretch and tone with expert
guidance in a premium, supportive environment.
Whether you’re looking to improve core strength, posture or
overall wellbeing, our Reformer Pilates sessions offer a full-body workout
that’s as effective as it is enjoyable.
Kore has partnered with PILAT3S to bring a brand new, specialist Reformer Pilates studio to Wednesbury Leisure Centre.
Expect dynamic, full-body workouts in a modern, immersive studio, combining expertly coached movement, motivating music and structured flows for maximum results.
Whether you’re brand new or looking to level up, our friendly instructors and supportive environment make every class feel welcoming, energising and achievable.
With 16 reformer beds and up to 30 classes per week, spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.

A slower-paced class focusing on open-rotation and twisting movements. Align is ideal for relieving stiffness, improving flexibility and providing a gentle, active recovery.
Featuring quicker transitions and higher repetitions, Tone classes elevate your heart rate while sculpting your body. Expect burnouts, pulse sequences and a dynamic flow designed to challenge and energise.
Incorporating dumbbells and compound movements, Power classes build strength while working multiple muscle groups at once. Expect lunges, lifts and full-body workouts delivered the PILAT3S way.

You can access travel information and plan cycling, public transport, and walking to the centre by using the Transport for West Midlands website.
The Transport for West Midlands website also has information on tickets, travel cards and concessionary travel.
If it’s your first time, we kindly ask you to arrive 5 minutes before the advertised start time. This allows you time to meet the instructor and get settled. The first 10 minutes of the class will then focus on providing a safety briefing and familiarises you with the Reformer, so you feel confident and comfortable. Any regular participants arriving late will not be allowed to enter the studio for your own safety and the experience of other users.
The studio is shoe-free, so please leave your shoes in the designated area or your locker. Grip socks are not essential, but they are strongly recommended for comfort and stability, especially as things warm up. If you forget them, you will be able to purchase a pair at reception. After class, we ask that you quickly wipe down your Reformer using the cleaning stations provided, helping keep the studio fresh for everyone.
Classes are structured in timed blocks, helping you move with flow and precision while challenging your strength, stability and control. Alongside the Reformer, you may use classic Pilates props like balls, as well as additions such as dumbbells, to elevate the workout and target different muscle groups. PILAT3S offers three distinct class types, so you can choose what suits your body and your goals on the day. Align focuses on form, control and core stability, helping you lengthen and mobilise your body through open rotations and controlled movements. Tone is all about building endurance and strength, featuring dynamic flow, pulse sequences and burnouts designed to sculpt and challenge. Power brings higher energy and compound movements, combining the Reformer with dumbbells to build strength and raise intensity.
The number of classes a Silver or Gold member can book each month is either 4 or 8 respectively. The monthly allocation begins on the date of a member’s monthly renewal payment. Once their monthly limit is reached, members have the option to utilise some of their following month’s allocation (Only valid for ACTIVE Memberships). Once that limit is reached then members can purchase additional single classes. PLEASE REMEMBER – Utilising your allocation for following month will reduce the number of classes available to book in that month. Please also note that any unused class allocation will expire at the end of that month, these do not rollover to the following month.

PILAT3S passes and memberships are sold separately. The Gold reformer membership though does include a FREE KORE Fitness membership (Worth £34 pm - providing access to KORE gyms, pools & non reformer classes)
Members have up to 1 hour prior to the class start time to cancel to receive a credit. Any cancellations made after that will result in no credit being issued. Once a cancellation is made any members on a waiting list will be notified via SMS that a space is available, the first member to respond will be given the available space and moved onto the class roster.
