Sandwell Aquatics Centre Events
Following on from the huge success of the Commonwealth
Games, Sandwell Aquatics Centre is now the host of major aquatic events such as
swimming, diving and more.
Upcoming Events
Please note that during these events the specified pools
will be closed to public swimming sessions as stated in the programming
information. However swimming lessons will still take place and the gym and
fitness classes will also still be available.
During events, overflow car parking will be available at Harry Mitchell Leisure Centre, B67 7DH. Harry Mitchell is located 0.6 miles from the Aquatics Centre, and is a 17-minute gentle walk.
Due to the high attendance of these events there will be limited car parking spaces on the day of the events. We advise travelling via public transport or arranging alternative parking arrangements.
You can access travel information and plan cycling, public transport and walking to the centre by using the Transport for West Midlands website.
The Transport for West Midlands website also has information on tickets, travel cards and concessionary travel.
